Toward an Apartheid Free SFU
Faculty of conscience endorse PACBI principles toward
an academic and cultural boycott of Israel
In solidarity with the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI), and until such a time that Israel meets its obligation to recognize the Palestinian People's inalienable rights to equality and self-determination as required by international law,
I pledge not to:
Accept invitations from Israeli academic institutions;
Engage in conferences funded, organized, or sponsored by the State of Israel or Israeli universities, or otherwise connected to Israeli academic institutions;
Participate in academic exchange programs with Israeli universities;
Apply for, partner with, or accept funding from Israeli academic institutions;
Publish work in academic journals and similar venues based at Israeli academic institutions;
Accept academic or other prizes sponsored by the State of Israel or Israeli academic institutions
